We're Lauren & Leon. 

We manage over 40 properties using Rent-to-Rent & Property Management strategies. To streamline operations, we even built our own launderette and cleaning company. In just 18 months, we've built a Serviced Accomodation business that generates £35K per month in profit.

With solid systems and a great team, we now have the time to help others do the same. When we started, we had full-time jobs, three kids, a wedding to plan—knowledge, time and money were our biggest barriers.

We started Rent-to-Rent Serviced Accommodation to create freedom and security for our family. 

Life pushed us to make a change—Leon was a Lead Maths Teacher with a stable career until, in February 2023, he suddenly lost sight in one eye and we realized we couldn’t rely on a 9-to-5. Lauren had spent years in minimum-wage jobs, missing time with our kids just to make ends meet. Leon’s illness was our wake-up call. We needed a better way to provide and be present for our family.
